Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your piece within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and I recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.

Please note that I cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds
Once your return is safely received and inspected, I will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

How to Arrange a Return
To initiate a return, please contact me here within 7 days of receiving your order.  

Kindly include your order number and a brief note regarding the return.


Additional Information
Sale items and custom commissions are non-refundable.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
